The Department of Education (DOE), Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) glad to announce New Horizon Foundation full Scholarship for two or three students for the class X graduate of 2015 to study International Baccalaureate (IB) course at one of the UWC schools in US, UK, Neitherland or Norway. The course will start from fall 2016 (August) and interested students must meet the following criteria for selection and therefore advised to send us your application with the following documents by 15th July, 2015.
