Dharamshala: The 48th Governing Body meeting of Tibetan Homes Foundation Mussoorie was held on 11th December 2023 in Dharamshala. The meeting was chaired by Sikyong Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration and was attended by eight members including Education Kalon Tharlam Dolma Changra and Education Secretary Jigmey Namgyal.

The meeting discussed and resolved agendas including approval of the resolution of the 47th GB meeting, report on the follow-up action taken by the General Secretary, appraisal of the THF annual report, interim budget approval, etc. The Governing Body in particular unanimously resolved the appointment of Education Kalon as the new Chairperson of the THF Governing Body with immediate effect.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by the chairperson of the Governing Body.
