Dharamshala: Education Kalon Tharlam Dolma Changra visited Gangkyi Sambhota Mewoen Tsuglag Petoen School this morning.

Upon arrival, the school Headmistress Ven Tenzin Choedon, along with teachers and students, accorded warm reception to the Kalon.

Thereafter, Education Kalon conducted an inspection of classrooms and other departments of the school.

At the same time, Kalon convened the school heads, teachers and staffs to address on issues concerning maintenance of the school facilities and stressed importance of preserving Tibetan language and culture. Kalon further emphasised promotion of moral values through education to foster student’s holistic development.

Towards the end of the speech, Education Kalon highly acknowledged the dedication of the teachers and urged them to maintain their enthusiasm and diligent hard work for the maintenance of the school.
