The Department of Education is pleased to announce the Award for Academic Accomplishment for Tibetan students who have completed Ph.D. in any discipline after August 2024. Each awardee will be presented an award of INR 20,000 along with a certificate of appreciation.

Interested applicants must submit the following documents with attestation to the Department of Education by 31 July 2025.

1. Copy of first and last page of applicant’s Green Book duly paid till 31 March 2024.
2. Copy of Ph.D Certificate
3. Copy of Ph.D. Thesis

*Note:

• The award will be presented on 2September 2025 (Tibetan Democracy Day) at Tsuklagkhang, Dharamsala.
• Travel and dearness allowances will be provided as per the DoE guidelines 2025 for which the original bills must be produced.
