Nagpur, Maharashtra: En route to the Bandhara Tibetan Settlement, Education Kalon (Minister) Tharlam Dolma Changra visited the Tibetan Sweater Sellers Market in Nagpur, Maharashtra on 29 October 2025.
Upon her arrival at Nagpur Airport, Kalon Tharlam Dolma Changra was warmly received by Karma Gelek, Member of the 17th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile; Tenzin Tsangpa, Bandhara Tibetan Settlement Officer; Lobsang Dhonyoe, Vice President of the Local Tibetan Assembly in Bandhara; Tenzin Passang, President of the Regional Tibetan Cooperative Society; and the 75 Tibetan sweater business owners.
During the visit, the Education Kalon addressed the gathered public. The Nagpur Tibetan Market Association presented a souvenir to Kalon as a token of appreciation.
Following the address, Kalon Tharlam Dolma Changra departed for the Norgyeling Tibetan Settlement in Bandhara, continuing her official tour.
