Dharamshala: The Department of Education is pleased to announce the Award for Academic Accomplishment for Tibetan students who have completed Ph.D. in any discipline after August 2025. Each awardee will be presented an award of INR 20,000 along with a certificate of appreciation.

Interested applicants must submit the following documents with attestation to the Department of Education by 31st July 2026.

1. Copy of first and last page of applicant’s Green Book dully paid till 31st March 2025.
2. Copy of Ph.D. Certificate
3. Copy of Ph.D. Thesis

Note:

• The award will be presented on 2nd September 2026 (Tibetan Democracy Day) at Tsuklagkhang, Dharamshala.
• Travel and dearness allowances will be provided as per the DoE guidelines 2025 for which the original bills must be produced.
