For the academic session 2021-22, considering the prevailing COVID-19 Pandemic situation and making the examinations student-centric, transparent, and technology-driven, the CBSE conducted examinations of both Classes X and XII in two terms through offline mode. The Term 1 exam was conducted in Nov-Dec 2021 through Multiple Choice Questions. The Term 2 exam was held in Apr-Jun 2022 through questions of different formats (case-based / situation-based, open-ended – short answer / long answer type).
As per CBSE circular dated 23.07.2022, the final results of both Classes X and XII in theory papers have been calculated with 30 % weightage for Term 1 and 70 % weightage for Term 2. In practical, equal weightage has been given to both terms.
The Department of Education, CTA congratulates all the students who have successfully cleared the exam, and the stakeholders including teachers and parents who have equally contributed to their success. DoE also extends its best wishes to all the students for their future endeavours.
