The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), is pleased to announce the opening of the 2016 Tibetan Scholarship Program (TSP). The TSP is sponsored by ECA and administered through a Cooperative Agreement with The Tibet Fund, in collaboration with the Central Tibetan Administration’s (CTA) Department of Education (DOE). Applications will be accepted from eligible Tibetan refugees residing in India and Nepal for two-year Master’s degree programs in the United States, pending availability of funds.
