The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), is pleased to announce the opening of the 2022 Tibetan Scholarship Program (TSP). The TSP, sponsored by ECA, is administered through a Cooperative Agreement with The Tibet Fund (TTF), and implemented in collaboration with the Central Tibetan Administration’s (CTA) Department of Education (DoE), the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India and U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal. Approximately six (6) applicants from India and one (1) from Nepal will be selected to participate in the 2022 TSP. Applications will be accepted from eligible Tibetan refugees residing in India and Nepal to pursue up to two-year Master Degree programs in the United States, pending the availability of funds. The application is available below. The deadline to apply for the TSP is March 31, 2021 by 11:59 pm.
