Dharamshala: The Department of Education, Central Tibetan Administration, conducted a two-day meeting to review and finalise the computer curriculum syllabus of Tibetan primary schools in India which was held from 29 to 30 August 2024.
This meeting was attended by Dorjee Wangdu, head of the Department of Education’s Science and Mathematics section; Tenzin Kalsang, the Web Administrator of the Department of Education; Tsewang Norbu, Project Officer of STSS, along with the computer teachers from some Tibetan schools, namely Jangchub Dorjee, Dekyiling Tibetan School; Kunga Sangpo, TCV Selakui; Sonam Dolkar, TCV Suja; Yeshi Tenzin, STS Dholanji; and Ngawang Tsering, TCV Chauntra.
The meeting thoroughly reviewed the finalised textbook from 4th to 8th grade, the primary school curriculum formulated in 2010.
