DHARAMSHALA: The Department of Education, Central Tibetan Administration is happy to acknowledge the donation of USD 138,000 from Dr. Katsuya Takasu through his Katsuya Takasu Memorial Foundation and Takasu Fund of Japan towards the Scholarship Endowment Fund of Department of Education.
