Tibetan Children’s Project (TCP) has been providing scholarships for underprivileged Tibetan students since 2002.
TCP is very pleased to announce that we will be selecting at least twenty students this year. Three of the twenty scholarships will be given to applicants who have achieved 75% and above marks in their grade XII result in the year 2018. The scholarship package for these three awardees will INR 75,000/- each per annum. The scholarship package for the rest of the selected applicants will be between INR 55,000/- to 65,000/- depending on the actual fees/costs incurred by the students.
Eligibility criteria and documents to be submitted:
- Completed Scholarship application form. Please visit tcpconline.ca to download the application form.
- Copy of valid Green Book with Chatrel dues paid up to 2018 (copy of 1st page, 2nd page, and last paid page).
- Grade XII (Senior Secondary School) completion certificate and mark sheets. Students who are in grade XII and have not received their mark sheets must send it once their marks are available.
- A letter from Settlement officer in support of the student’s dire financial assistance needs to pursue his/her further education.
- A brief bio-data, with aims and future course of study.
- Two recent passport size photograph of applicant.
- Document checklist duly filed.
