The Department of Education is pleased to announce Award for Academic accomplishment to any Tibetan students who had completed Ph.D. in any discipline after August 2022. Each recipient will be given an award money of INR 20,000 along with a Certificate of Appreciation. Interested applicants must submit the following documents with attestation to the Department of Education by 10^th August་2023

1. Copy of first and last page of applicant’s Green Book duly paid till 31^st March 2022.

2. Copy of Ph.D Certificate
3. Copy of Ph.D. Thesis

*Note:

• The Award will be presented on 2^nd September 2023 (Tibetan Democracy Day) at Tsuklagkhang, Dharamsala.
• Travel and dearness allowances will be provided as per DOE guidelines 2022 for which the original bills must be produced.
