Dharamshala: The Department of Education, Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) successfully concluded a review meeting on four new children’s story books and two translated story books on 26 July 2024.

The review meeting was attended by Gedun Dhonyoe, who serves as the head of the Textbook Section at the Department of Education (DoE), and Ngawang Tenzin, who represents the editorial section of the Education Council. Additionally, children’s book editors Tsering Palzom from the Education Council and Nyima Tso from the Norbulingka Institute were present, along with Sonam Gyal, the editor of the Tibetan Translation and Research Institute.

The programme was funded by USAID through the Tibet Fund.
