Education Kalon Mrs. Tharlam Dolma Changra and Education Secretary Mr. Jigmey Namgyal, along with Representative Mr. Jigme Jungney, visited the Ministry of Education to meet the Education Secretary of the Government of India, Shri Sanjay Kumar, as well as Joint Secretary Prachi Pandey and Director Armstrong Pame.
