Education Kalon, Ngodup Tsering la presided over a launching ceremony of first Tibetan Photography Magazine by IN FRAME on 4th July, 2017 at 3 PM at Hotel Tibet. It was attended by several photographers, individuals and media. In Frame is an initiative to bring Tibetan photographers together to showcase their photography skills and ideas said Kalsang Jigme, the Organizer of the event.

Kalon while launching the magazine appreciated and praised the efforts of the Kalsang Jigme la, for his effort, creativity and innovation. Kalon said, I have nothing to say about the photography art itself, but through my presence, I wanted to show my support at his hard work, sense of Innovation and mission for self-reliance, two of the three principles of present Kashag. Creativity and Innovation are back bone to progress of any individual, organization, nation or society and therefore, encouraged young Tibetans to be more creative, innovative and open.

The best photographers selected by the audience, through open voting during last photo exhibition by In Frame, were presented with a scarf and gift by the Kalon-the Chief Guest of the event.
