The six days exhibition program was combined with different activities such as cultural shows, popular talks from scientists and professors from well-known research institutes and scientific societies, and an educational excursion program.

In order to ensure greater participation and involvement of students and teachers in the program, the CTA organizes a science exhibition in two phases. The preliminary stage was held as a school-level exhibition with the theme provided by the NCERT, and the best-selected exhibits were featured in the 5th CTA Level Science, Mathematics, and Environment Exhibition, which was funded by USAID and held at the Drepung Loseling Meditation and Science Center, Mundgod from 9–12 August 2022. The top best exhibits from CTA Level were recommended for the 49th RBVP – 2022 organised by the NCERT, and 3 exhibits from Tibetan schools, i.e. 2 from TCV Selakui, and 1 from TCV Bylakuppe were selected for the national level.

The Science Education Officer of the Department of Education, CTA, along with the other state coordinators participated in the workshop and exhibition organised by the NCERT. He presented an overview of the CTA-level exhibition and offered gratitude to the Govt. of India for its generous support to the Tibetan people over the last 64 years, and expressed appreciation to the NCERT for providing an opportunity for the Tibetan students to participate in the national-level exhibition.

The Govt of Assam has hosted the National level exhibition for the second time after an interval of 35 years. The exhibition provides an opportunity for the students to perceive the scientific innovations carried out by students from different schools and encourages shared knowledge and learning among the participants.
