The Department of Education, Central Tibetan Administration organized a meeting on April 18 & 19, 2013 for two consecutive days at College for Higher Tibetan Studies Sarah, Dharamsala. The meeting was held mainly to discuss on the Class IX and X language curriculum framework.

     The meeting was attended by Tibetan & English language teachers from various Tibetan school administrations comprise of TCV, STSS, CTSA. There were 14 participants attended the meeting including four DoE text book editors.

     The meeting was initially kicked off with the opening speech from DoE additional secretary Mr.Tashi Dhondup, who is also the head of the education council. The DoE has successfully completed the curriculum of pre-primary to Class VIII in accordance with the basic education policy of CTA.
