Following the earlier review of the primary Tibetan textbook, a meeting of the review committee was convened for three days from 1^st May to 3^rd May 2013 at Sarah College for Higher Tibetan Studies, where they are finalizing the textbook for pre-primary and primary classes from one to three.

In accordance with the new Education Policy of CTA and the curriculum for primary classes established by the cabinet in 2008, the committee gathered to establish the primary Tibetan textbook. Present were Mr. Tashi Dhundupla, the additional secretary and head of Educational Council of Tibetans in Exile, joint secretary Mr. Tsering Samdupla, the head of Traditional Education Section, Education Officer Mr. Ngodup Tenpala, two textbook editors, and members of the textbook review committee from CTSA, TCV, THF, Gaden Jangtse Monastery and Dolma Ling Nunnery. For three days they discussed the curriculum draft formulated by the two textbook editors, and are now in the process of establishing the actual text-book.
