Dharamshala: A review meeting on Tibetan textbooks for primary school was convened for two days from 15-17 May by the Education Council under the Education Department.

The meeting was presided over by Tibetan Education Officer Ngodup Tenpa, Gedun Dhonyoe, head of the Textbook section of the office of the Education Council, Tenzin Pal (Tibetan language textbook editor) and was attended by Mingchung (TCV Tibetan language mentor) and Ngawang Jinpa, Sangpo (THS Tibetan language mentor) and Yeshe Palden (Tibetan language teacher), Lobsang Dolma (THS Dekyiling Tibetan language teacher), Passang Tsering(Gangkyi Petoen School Tibetan language teacher) and Ven. Tenzin Choetso (Gangkyi Petoen School Tibetan language teacher), Jamgon (TCV Suja Tibetan language teacher), and Tenzin Palkyi (LTCV Tibetan language teacher).

In accordance with the Pre-primary and Primary school curriculum finalised in 2021, the textbook of class 2 and 3 was revised.
