Education Council has organized the 2nd Primary Tibetan workbook meeting at College for Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarah, District Kangra, HP, India from 16th to 19th Oct, 2017. During this meeting, the primary Tibetan workbook of Class I to III are reviewed and finalized. There will also be discussion on the formulation of Primary Tibetan workbook for class IV to V.
