Dharamshala: The Education Department of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) circulated the announcement on the final selection date of 2023 Tibetan Scholarship Program (TSP) sponsored by the Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the US State Department for Tibetan applicants in India.
