As a mark of gratitude to His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Tibetan resident of United States Phurbu Dolma sponsored an essay writing for Tibetan college students in India for the next three years to improve standards of Tibetan language, to promote knowledge exchange, and to encourage essay writing.
